Paris Capitale des Arts. While Art Paris Art Fair closes the doors of its 20th edition, Street Art takes its quarters at the Carreau du Temple hosting for the third consecutive year the Urban Art Fair. The success of this form of expression is palpable in France where many projects related to street art are born. Also, Paris is the second scene of this so-called revolted and rebellious art.

The subject of many exhibitions and art market trends, street art has moved from the street to the museum, from vandalism to recognition and has conquered a growing public every year. This unique fair gathers a demanding selection of French and international galleries, about thirty coming from 8 different countries and gathered around the theme: Why live in the city?

Amateurs or collectors, you will be able to apprehend this urban art under all these forms through the glance of 200 artists and why not succumb to the purchase of a work? Graffiti, spray cans, stencils, muralism paint a panorama of the different techniques of this art born in the streets of New York in the 1960s.

For this new edition, Urban Art Fair favours galleries that present a solo or duo show and will bring them to light thanks to a redesigned general scenography. More than usual, signing sessions, installations and performances will punctuate the four days of the fair. Urban Art Fair collaborates with Urban Films Festival, an event of reference in the discovery of films related to the urban universe, with for this edition, a focus on films by street art and graffiti artists. Thus, we find some figures of the popular culture like Snoopy or Wonder Woman, the historical artists of this scene like Speedy Graphito, Jo One and L’Atlas in the middle of the emerging one like the French Vincent Cherry. From favorites (mention for the work of Robert Prooch and ALBER) to beautiful discoveries for all street art fans. But not that!
