“I just discovered Joel-Peter Witkin – yes, I know, it was a flaw – and I’m amazed by the absolute originality of his work. I don’t find it morbid at all, on the contrary. His art of composition and empathy for his models that transpires in each of his photos touches me very much. And especially the vivacious tenderness that appears in”Le Baiser”.
