Marcel is a good boy, an employee of the Mercandieu jewellery store. The boss’s daughter dreams of making her her fiancé, but Marcel falls under the spell of Loulou, a teaser accompanied by the nonchalant Jo, a small-time delinquent. Now Tintin, Loulou’s man who is in prison, needs money. Loulou then aspired to a “fric-frac” at the jeweller Mercandieu.
