“Cyrano & la petite valise”

Documentary by Marie Frapin. Released June 12, 2019, edited by Marion Chataing. There are six, sometimes eight, damaged by life, homeless or in great precariousness. Every Tuesday, in the Emmaus solidarity centre, where they come to wash and warm up, they participate in the theatre workshop offered by Ombeline. This film is the story of their improbable encounter with Cyrano or Pinocchio… it tells the story of this rare adventure where they sometimes dare to bring their own texts, abandon their suffering, discover the path to their voices and especially their regained confidence. It is the story of each one in small touches over a year.
